CurrentI'm a multi-disciplinary leader for an organization whose mission is to empower artists to grow and engage a fanbase. We're an R&D group of 160+ product managers, engineers, designers, data scientists, and user researchers building Spotify for Artists and music-native promotion products that enable artists to connect with 600M+ music fans.In addition to leading the R&D functions for the Spotify for Artists platform and Music Promotion product portfolio, I'm the accountable leader cross-functionally for a company initiative of 200+ people spanning other R&D organizations, business analysis, sales, marketing, and operations.
