As the vice president of global sales engineering at ReliaQuest, I lead a team of 42 talented and passionate sales engineers who deliver technical solutions to our customers across the globe. I am responsible for setting the sales engineering strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Provide technical sales leadership and mentoring for the Mid-Atlantic, Central and Northeast regions managing a direct team of up to 7 sales engineers in those regions.- Work jointly with the regional sales directors in those regions to develop the regional sales goals and business plans required to achieve sales objectives.- Work with cross functional teams such as Product Management and Marketing to drive feedback and pipelines to produce outcomes for our customers.- Present at tradeshows and conferences on the value and future of XDR and GreyMatter.- Collaborate with SE leadership team to Design and implement enablement collateral for the global SE organization. - Top SE in first year in the role, awarded the Excellence award from the company for achievements.

- Provided front SE support for 6 Account executives on the east coast.- Closed 5 Mil+ in CARR my first year as an SE.- Worked to build out the mid-atlantic region that was comprised of new Account executives with very little pipeline to start the year. - Ran Demo's of the GreyMatter platform to drive adoption and customer velocity- Promoted to Manager of the Mid-atlantic and Northeast territories after just over 12 months in the role.

- Designed the information Security program from the ground up including implementing the ISMS formatted around the Cobit and NIST frameworks. - Full responsibility for the planning and execution of the companies 5 year security strategy including technology, policy and governance.- Designed companies Disaster Recovery Plan including designing and implementing two data centers for redundancy.- Managed a total of 15 people across infrastructure, security and support.- Responsible for budget of 4 Million annually.

Responsible for Cisco LAN, WAN and Wireless. Manage Palo Alto Firewalls. Administer Juniper SSL VPN, VMware vSphere 5.1, EMC storage, Windows server 2003/2008.

Developed and manage VMware infrastructure, implemented and manage Microsoft Exchange 2010, and SQL. Experience with Cisco and HP networking equipment, Sonic Firewall, Symantec backup exec and endpoint protection, Sophos client endpoint protection, NAS, SAN and cloud backup solutions, Experience with WAN,LAN and WLAN implementation and monitoring, over IWATSU phone system.
