Miles Servant is a Broker at Surfside Realty Co. specializing in Residential & Commercial Real Estate; Development, Property Management, Sales, and Vacation Rentals. Miles received his B.S from the University of South Carolina in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Management where he was also a member of the Kappa Alpha Order Fraternity and Eta Sigma Delta Honors Society. He is also active in the local community serving; Surfside Beach Rotary Club, Young Professional Network for the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, South Carolina Association of Realtors, and Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS®, where he is an active member and is a graduate of the LeadershipCCAR program. Always looking for ways to increase his knowledge and grow professionally led him to the Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Development (MRED) program at UNC Charlotte.
