• Asset Inventory: Checked every machine across all stores for critical software such as Crowdstrike, Atera and Automox.
• Firewall Management: Performed a staged rollout of the latest firmware to all Fortinet firewalls to aid in the mitigation of a critical Fortinet zero day. Also performed research and testing into site-to-site IPsec.
• Least Privilege Audit: By creating a script to find out whether or not a manager was missing store access in a district or had access to stores outside of their district, I was able to change permissions as needed.
