Engagement strategy was developed with consideration of IAP2 Spectrum and limitations imposed by COVID-19. Other responsibilities and achievements included:•Launching and promoting an online survey through local business partnerships and social media campaigns to generate feedback from 300+ youth;•Facilitating group discussion at an open house hosted by the City of Vancouver (50+ youth in attendance);•Summarizing engagement insights and creating an engagement summary report for City staff, and;•Being nominated by Langara College's Applied Planning program to present engagement insights at Hubbub 16.

Designed and facilitated a quad-tandem bicycle race from Portland, OR to San Francisco, CA to drive awareness for mental health. The race raised $20,000 USD for non-profit partner To Write Love on Her Arms and a documentary film was produced and entered into numerous film festivals. Responsibilities included:•Designing marketing collateral and contacting media outlets to increase race coverage;•Organizing fundraising events and engaging the general public on mental health awareness, and; •Overseeing all travel related matters, including designing a safe bike route.

Led and implemented a new program which supported $6M in revenue across global enterprise sales and customer success teams. •Developed operational procedures and processes related to the tracking of individual and team performance, documentation flow and visibility between internal stakeholders, and identification of large enterprise business potential. •Oversaw planning and execution of eight week onboarding program for all global Business Value Analyst hires, in addition to supporting Sales Enablement with the training of all global Account Executives hires. •Coached and mentored direct reports in Vancouver and Toronto through weekly 1-1 syncs and team meetings lending to multiple departmental promotions. •Reported team performance to global sales executives through weekly and quarterly reports resulting in an increased headcount from nine to eighteen members across North America, Latin America and Europe.
