Project Management Specialist
Current- Manage a wide range of creative assets, including marketing collaterals, digital content, packaging, and merchandising for global markets for product launches and advertising campaigns to maintain brand consistency
- Develop project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timeline, and resources
- Liaise between stakeholders, marketing arms, and internal teams to ensure the needs and expectations are aligned and met throughout the project
- Provide guidance and clear direction, also monitor the quality of work to ensure the team's creative output is brand compliant and aligns with the project's goals
- Keep track of project progress, milestones, and deliverables and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Rearrange the overall timeline and resources accordingly if the prioritization is changed
