Significant Experience:• Project management (internal) ranging from small internal to larger multi-departmental groups.• Coordination of healthcare data sources such as internal systems (IT), vendors, consultants, regional carriers, and national carriers.• Healthcare data collection, analysis, reporting, and ETL production/functionality. Current responsibilities include the analysis of incoming data to assess data cleanliness, usability, and omission of key factors affecting acceptability.• The ability to process and understand business requirements and not only conceptualize the business need but to be able to explain that need to various levels of business and technical teams.• Working with data in the small group space and includes Small Group, Individual/Family (IFP), and Medicare as well as coverage types such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and hybrid/alternative products. • SeRFF Informational exchange with rate, area, and benefit data as required by the Affordable Care Act (ACA) as well as working with multiple proprietary systems from various carriers around the country.• Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life rate, area, and benefit data.• Disparate sources of data requiring translation and coding to create records of continuity and logic.• The need for businesses to utilize their data in a strategic manner and managing that data to be current, dependable, and trustworthy.
