- Organizing, coordinating, following up on assigned IT Projects and acting as a liaison point between Program / Project teams, delivery partners and Gategroup site contacts.- Planning, preparing and conducting collection of data and information related to IT Projects/Programs.- Maintaining essential Program / Project documentation such as Budgets, Forecasts, Risk & Issue registers, Decision Logs, Change Requests, Action Points.- Act as point of contact for questions and information relating to IT PMO, Program / Project guidelines and PM tools access/user experience.- Provide regular status reports of progress against meeting project/program deliverables.- Assisting with resource scheduling and availability.- Managing key Program / Project stakeholders' communication to ensure an efficient information flow and project team engagement and active contribution.- Proactively propose PMO and Program / Project Management process and procedure improvements.

- Drive short and long-term profitable business through proactive supplierand partner business development, based on Customer and Business needs.- Accountable for qualifying and negotiating supplier - partner agreements for allexternal purchase and licensing of products and services.- Accountable for managing supplier - partner relationships, actively driving businesscontribution, performance and managing risks as responsible for commercialagreements.

- Handling of existing vendors to ensure normal continuity of services provided.- Supplier data management - Handling suppliers’ data updates and issues.- Contract management - contract preparation, negotiation, maintenance of Sourcing Contract Life-cycle Management base and signing process.- Working with suppliers for purchasing new SW, HW, Installation of telecommunicationequipment and support.- Pre-sales active participation.- Participation in Delivery phase.

- Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports; follow ups of agreed support KPIs for telecom operators in Southeastern Europe.- Responsible for coordinating and organizing customers training.- Database administrator of several business applications, primarily SAP CRM.- Business contact point for Ericsson support ticketing system towards customers.- Responsible for CRM master data in Ericsson's SMS system.
