My last role in AIESEC Serbia was leading people and operations within an incoming Global entrepreneur project on a national level. It was 1year term divided into two main peaks/semesters.My main responsibility was to lead, coach, and educate seven people who are Vice presidents on a local level, which means they lead operations in their local communities. They were responsible for achieving results.
