Brand Creative is the Art of Storytelling and I'm the visual storyteller, the visual voice of ellenor's heart & soul.My job is about telling powerful, significant visual stories across the entire brand ecosystem, improving all existing and new platforms to inspire, enable and engage the charity supporters and users, while driving brand distinction and business impact. I work within the marketing structure which supports marketing and communication requirements across the entire organization.I have created brand guidelines and brand assets.I am responsible for the design strategy and design artwork.I develop and implement design concepts materials in house as required from across the entire organization.I work closely with the fundraising department designing fundraising resources ready for large and small print as well as for digital use (leaflets, fryers, posters, vinyl banners, magazine adverts, merchandising, etcetera).I create branded templates for Power Point presentations, social media posts, stationery, news letters, and e-mails.Responsible for producing and managing the brand graphic elements /photography element of the website.I also develop and create video content as and when necessary and work with 3rd parties if a requirement is for enhanced technical capabilities.When necessary, I work with external agencies designers who I support and supervise making sure all designs concepts meet the quality and brand consistency required.I manage the design budget. I arrange print and delivery of materials ensuring quality and value for money.Design and implement effective project management communication tools.I work independently from home managing time, workloads, communications in order to meet deadlines.
