Responsible for quickly creating and implementing a major attorney recruitment plan to monitor thousands of ballot recounts and quickly respond to legal and operational incidents.

Birmingham, Alabama Area

- Designed a special election voter protection infrastructure, recruiting over 200 poll watchers in less than six weeks, resulting in the first-ever U.S. Senate win by a Democrat in Alabama in the last 2 decades- Used data and analytics to determine priority precincts with no historical data- Wrote all legal guidance and training materials used by the campaign- Created voter education materials used to proactively combat misinformation and suppressive voter tactics- Had a robust Election Day boiler room, resolving nearly 2000 incidents quickly and efficiently

- Managed a department of 35 employees dedicated to registering voters in the 3rd largest county in the country, streamlining operations and using technology to increase efficiency and work product.- Designed and implemented a new outreach program, including plans for multi-lingual outreach efforts, increased registration in high schools, and partnerships with local stakeholders, resulting in nearly a 10% increase in registration.- Monitored all state legislation related to elections, including providing data and serving as a resource witness and ensured compliance with Texas election law in departmental policies and procedures.
