CFD expert and ASQ Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.Now, I am working with ANSYS in Meshing Development Unit.I had worked in home-appliance organization as Lead Engineer, and supports NAR refrigerator division from India for CFD activities. Also worked for other various refrigeration regions like LAR, EMEA and WOI. Worked on optimization of various parts of refrigerators like: Freeze compartment (FC), Refrigerator compartment (RC), Machine compartment (deck region) (MC), Ice-maker (IM), ducts, Ice-tray etc. Also, I had worked as a Sr. CFD Analyst in Exhaust after-treatment technology team for European OEMs. Expertise in performing full stage analysis of Exhaust systems, under hood thermal analysis, swirl analysis, species mixing and thermal analysis of exhaust systems(DOC, DPF, SCR, EGR, DEF). Also provided design level suggestions using CFD analysis tools. It involves direct customer and designer interactions.I had started my career with Emerson Design Center (EDEC), now it’s well known as Emerson Innovation Center (EICP) as the part of Analysis Center of Excellence team member. I was the only CFD engineer who supported almost 40 brands of emersion at initial stage. The glimpse of projects handled as:1. Turbo Machinery Analysis like blower, motor, pump2. FSI (Fluid structure interaction) analysis of compressor reed3. EICP Data Center Analysis4. CHT analysis for various Emerson products5. Multiphase (VOF) analysis6.
