Milind is the founder of Eversafe Protect Systems which was started in 1993 specializing in the manufacturing of fire protection equipment. He has extensive experience of more than 26 years in design engineering and implementation of fire protection systems complying with NFPA, UL, FM, TAC, IS, OISD, ICAO and other industry standards both in the domestic as well as international markets.The executed projects have been in various sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Fertilizers, Textile, Oil Industries, Paint and Rubber Industries, Airports and Elevated Helipad systems.He also trained by NFPA trainer for designing of Sprinkler system as per NFPA 13 and Design of Fire Alarm system as per NFPA 72. He also trained by FM trainer for design of Sprinkler system as per FM standards.He has been involved in organizing long distance sea swimming completions held at Malwan for Sindhudurg District Aquatic association as a President for last ten years. He has also been a swimming coach in his free time.His love for water sports started early as a swimmer and state-level water polo player during college days. He is also a PADI certified SCUBA Rescue diver and has dived at many interesting locations around Asia.He has keen problem-solving interests and has been a team leader empowering several younger generations of engineers throughout his professional years. He believes in ethical, transparent, and clear business practices and ensures that the same principles are followed throughout his organization and partners.
