In the later part of the project the work involved assisting the commercial department in preparation of the variation claims for the additional works •To assist Project Manager to prepare Bi-Weekly reports, that includes Progress of Works, Two Weeks Construction Programme, and Labor Supply Position etc.•Work with Construction Manager for close monitoring & co-ordination with various subcontractors.•Work with Planning Manager to prepare detail analysis & preparation of claims.Also involves time & cost analysis due variation of works. •
