Our goal is to empower individuals with accurate data to make informed decisions about renting and buying homes, thereby addressing the challenge of finding affordable housing and avoiding scams.Key Contributions:Leveraging Python for data collection and analysis, focusing on renting and buying rates across different areas.Designing and developing a user-friendly Streamlit WebApp or integrated with Power BI, Tableau for interactive data visualization.Collaborating with a global team of AI and data science professionals to integrate diverse insights and expertise.Learning Outcomes:Enhancing skills in data analysis through extensive EDA techniques.Gaining proficiency in building impactful dashboards for public use.Learning about AI methodologies in real-world scenarios to solve pressing societal issues.This experience at Omdena is invaluable, allowing me to contribute to a meaningful project while honing my skills in data science and AI.
