We also needed to provide a migration path for dashboards and reports built into "Role centers" - a very popular feature in Dynamics AX I played a key role in transitioning the Engineering team from "build & ship" thinking to "build & operate" thinking including service monitoring as well as moving to agile DevOps based Engineering discipline.
