Specifically working in the area of Structure Based Drug Designing (SBDD). 3. Organising Training/workshops/symposium in Bioinformatics for Faculties, research scholars and students4. Teaching in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics5. Supervising project/dissertation students6. Server (windows) administration7. Providing the computational facility and guidline for the students and faculties in the area of in-silico analysis of biological data.Projects handle : · Insilco Drug analysis of drugs for Positive and negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder,Psychosis. Analysis of Chemical property and target study of existing drugs; Alignment analysis of different type and subtype of neurotransmitter receptor (drug target); Structural annotation of neurotransmitter receptor;Retrieve and/or prediction of target; Study of different identical region of target; Molecular docking of target with different drugs and natural molecule; Analysis of Ligand-gate ion channel in target. · Insilco analysis of AXL Inhibition by different Anticancer drug molecules. Analysis of different Sequences, Structure, location and function of Tyrosine Kinase; Structure prediction and validation; Find Protein-Protein Interaction; Analysis of roll of different ligand and cofactor in AXL Structure and function; Surface topology analysis of AXL; Find different drug-molecule binding
