AccuPredict is a start-up in the field of Predictive Maintenance as a Service (PdMaaS). We offer a solution that can be applied to moving machines, to prevent stoppages due to failures and therefore prevent losses due to unexpected down-time. Our solution is based on analysing the vibration ‘signature’ at a very high frequency of any rotating or reciprocating equipment. We track the actual condition of each failing component, rather than a change in overall pattern of the equipment. As a result we are able to identify the failing component and suggest corrective action.
