Successfully launched a China focused consultancy serving international clients in launching healthcare products in China. Projects include:- KOL engagement: launched a new medical discipline to aligned two major therapeutic areas. I worked directly with local and international KOLs to launch China Cardio-Oncology program to facilitate multi-center collaboration between cardiologists and oncologists across China. Developed physician insights through online survey and in person interviews. Develop and roll out educational materials which was disseminated to hospitals.- Marketing Excellence: conducted market research to define patient journey, physicians’ pain points and hospital incentives; developed local value proposition with communication framework to target various stakeholders, ensured messages are aligned globally.- Market Access: pricing and reimbursement research, adapting plan to the fast changing China policies and proposed HEOR research to generate value evidence for payors. - Pharmacovigilance set up in China; developed safety data exchange agreement between a US mid-size biotech and its licensing partner in China, ensuring compliance with FDA, EMA and China (NMPA) regulations. Defined processes and templates for use that are reviewed and agreed with both parties. Explored opportunity for early launch in Hainan pilot zone, which allowed for FDA approved products to be launched before receiving local approval.- Digital tool development (mobile APP and Chatbot) to better engage with customers; from concept to launch, including business requirements gatherings, collaborations with IT developers and testing with KOLs. - Work closely with other healthcare agencies to deliver medical communications plan, scientific engagement plan, marketing campaign and assisted in project proposal development.

Co-founded and seed funded xixilab with a business partner in Shanghai. We partner with dental clinics to market clear teeth aligners directly to consumers. Duties include:- Develop company strategy and formed a light operation that is able to withstand various economic challenges in the past three years through Covid-19- Brand development and promotion: product naming and visual identity development, marketing message framework and testing, PR plan and activation; online and offline channel development, roll out and ROI tracking- Product development: OEM sourcing , packaging development and quality control- Patient engagement from online interaction to offline clinic visit; develop sales scripts and FAQs for use by pre-sale and post-sales customer service teams; applied continuous improvement to refine the process- HCP engagement; key messages which included benefits to the HCPs and to clinics - Lead a team of 5 in operations and customer service- Budget control, P&L review and financial projections- Successfully received seed fund from SOSV and entered into the China Accelerator program.
