The foundation concerns itself with the dual economies in Namibia, where one economy is prosperous and urban, with prepared access to created financial, physical and mechanical framework, while the second economy is an informal, township or rustic, and needs access to the network, technology and capital required to prevail in the principal economy.My main tasks while working with the ONE Economy was to; - Organise events, such as, fundraisers, galas and awareness events - Workshops helping adolescence understand the current situations that are arising in Namibia around gender-based violence & integrated early childhood development- Taking minutes and sending emails to stakeholders & contributors - Recruiting potential volunteers to join the establishment

With a helpful first time buyers scheme, out client base was the working class, looking to buy their first property. Sales- Sending leases to relevant parties (solicitors and banks). Assisting with bank approvals which we would then have a client meeting, talking more into depth with the client and finance team.
