The Bold Phase Initiative (BPI) is a dynamic community-based organization in Kenya dedicated to empowering women in the realm of health. Through the implementation of interactive and inclusive programs, BPI actively engages with all members of the community.In my capacity as the Founder and Team Lead of the Bold Phase Initiative (BPI), I assume a leadership role where I am responsible for the overall management and direction of our organization. With a comprehensive view of our programs, I guide and oversee their successful implementation from inception to completion.Furthermore, I play a pivotal role in the recruitment and training of our dedicated team of volunteers. Recognizing the significance of their contributions, I ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively carry out our programs. By providing comprehensive training and ongoing support, we strive to maximize the impact of our initiatives within the community.Through my leadership, I aim to inspire and motivate our team, fostering a collaborative and empowering environment. At Kasinde Crafts, a social business focused on empowering artisans in rural and peri-urban areas, I held a pivotal role in optimizing the customer experience and enhancing organizational communication systems. Working closely with the team, I continuously updated our business strategy to adapt to market shifts and global economic trends.One of my key responsibilities was championing women empowerment and art by leveraging various media tools to amplify the voices of African artisans.
