Key Responsibilities:- • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements.• Feasibility study of new business requirements and interpreting into technical solution for implementation.• Extensive system analysis and designing optimal solution that can address the inefficiencies and inadequacies of the business support systems.• Solution analysis, technical clarifications and guiding system developers by providing functional and test specifications to achieve business goals.• Working closely with system developers and stakeholders to ensure technical compatibility and end user satisfaction.• DPI capacity and upgrade planning, dimensioning, system analysis and optimization based on business projections.• CAPEX management, which includes budget preparation, presentation and defense, RFQ/PO/Commitment/Capitalization tracking/reporting etc. • DPI project planning, scoping, cost estimation, risk analysis, negotiation, order validation, tracking etc. – i.e., end to end project and quality control through managing and coordinating internal/external stakeholders and vendors to meet cost/time/quality using established methodology and tools in accordance with departmental requirements.• Conducting trainings and presentations to stakeholders on new systems.

• Facilitated market penetration by building strategic performance partnerships with key customers.• Spearheaded critical MBB Network Evolution, CEM & Operator Strategy Program initiatives.• Planned and led MBB Go-to-Market workshops and OTE strategy for new customers.• Completed mission-critical projects involving network transformation & performance optimization.

• Assessing business models and their integration with technology specific to ICT Business Support Systems.• Working thoroughly with customers to understand and interpret business rules and requirements for technical systems.• Extensive investigation, analysis and recommending optimal solution that can address the inefficiencies and inadequacies of the business support systems.• Preparing high and low level design document specifying functional, integration and testing specifications for the system developers and integrators. • Working closely with system developers and customers to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.• RFP handling, BoQ preparation, impact analysis, technical clarifications and guiding customers to achieve business goals.• Conducting technical product presentations, interactive training to customers on new systems.• Project Management activities, which include identifying scopes, risks, estimating cost, planning resources and time of the project together with the Project Manager.• Change Management and Life Cycle Management of BSS projects.• Identifying new business opportunities.

• Responsible to provide network support for GrameenPhone, GSM service provider, having 25M subscribers.• Responsible to perform the routine maintenance, 2nd level system support, configuration, trouble shooting, SW/HW update and upgrade, new node integration, revenue gap analysis and traffic analysis.• Ensure and redefine the system/service KPI and service delivery within the defined SLA.• Responsible to provide necessary support to other cross functional groups.• Coordinate with vendors for new service implementation, fault escalation and other product related issues.• Define necessary process and procedure to handle network during emergency/critical situation, to minimize revenue loss during service launching and to improve operational excellence.
