-Provide personalized 1:1 career coaching to students in the College of Engineering on a variety of career related topics-Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and strategize about ways to create brand awareness with students -Communicate opportunities to students through targeted emails and social media content-Use effective interviewing techniques to coach students on behavior-based interviews and prepare them for career fairs, interview days, and networking events-Create, plan and present professionalism topics in classrooms and small group sessions, both online and in person-Review resumes virtually and in person and offer feedback for improvement -Work with organizations to serve as guest speaker and arrange outside speakers to support career development-Demonstrate teamwork and adaptability by supporting colleagues during extended leave times-Strategize with team to create processes to improve and streamline high volume traffic/course assignments

• Recruit and advise students on the UA Co-op Program requirements and job opportunities relevant to their field of study • Conduct onboarding, pre-work training/orientation and acceptance sessions with co-op students to prepare them for off-campus work experience • Maintain contact with both students and employers during work term offering support when needed and follow up on any ongoing issues • Facilitate outreach to college and campus constituents to ensure program awareness is embedded and provides opportunities for growth • Recruit, select, manage, and advise the Co-op Program Ambassadors ensuring that they have events to promote participation in the Co-op Program and leadership opportunities for personal professional growth• Collaborate with Career Center staff, ECDC Director, and College of Engineering to identify outreach needs on behalf of the Co-op Program, fostering relationships with stakeholders in order to enhance co-op opportunities and develop new engagement

• Consult with a diverse student population of nearly 9,200 in almost 100 programs of study to offer guidance on selecting a major, planning a career, and developing job-search strategies• Review, edit, and improve students’ resumes, cover letters, and online presence through Handshake to maximize job readiness• Prepare students for interviewing by conducting mock interviews with potential questions they may encounter and giving feedback about their responses• Speak to classes and student organizations regarding career preparation, graduate school planning, and available services

• Guided families through complex court processes with compassion and patience• Demonstrated attention to detail by processing intake as a certified intake officer for all juveniles and children involved with the legal system• Supervised and trained up to 20 college interns (12 full-time Social Work and 8 part-time Criminal Justice) regarding the expectations and requirements of the court in a respectful and inclusive manner• Collaborated with the Department of Human Resources and law enforcement to decide which matters should be filed for court or referred for services• Communicated clearly with juvenile probation officers and multiple diversion programs as court liaison to facilitate effective partnerships with diversion programs
