• Full management of branch including sales and marketing, finance and staffing• Managerial responsibilities including financial reports, developing and communicating a clear and understandable system of minimum standards, ensuring that all consultants consistently reach individual and branch targets• Hiring and developing new employees and helping them adapt to the company environment and achieve targets• Marketing responsibilities (ensuring that Camps Bay branch consistently grows its clients base by maintaining rapport with existing clients and acquiring new clients via advertising in various media sources• Team building and motivation system in place for the staff• Dealing with own clients accounts and referrals• Managing branch complaints and ensuring that working process is well organised at all times.

Responsible for developing and looking after key corporate accounts and bringing in new businesses.Setting up and managing company's corporate department. Hiring and training travel consultants. Responsible for organizing and leading tailor-made business trips for large groups (50-70 people) to Germany, USA, Canada etc.
