Provide exceptional Global Client Service to our customers, support and guidance to our Global Sales Team, as well as managing administrative processes and operational matters to ensure sales orders are fulfilled.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate and manage Quoting (estimating), Order and Logistics processes to ensure end-to-end control;• Assist in the development and implementation of continual improvement methods for Quoting, Order processing and Logistics to ensure operational efficiency;• Record, check and track all incoming and outgoing order specific documents across departments to ensure internal alignment in progressing and fulfilling orders;• Keep clients up-to-date on the progress of their orders and manage any service issues to provide exceptional levels of customer care;• Ensure settlement of payments from customers on all orders;• Ensure that effective document and data control occurs for the Global Sales Team to have up-to-date documentation.
