In this role I guide our team at YMCA Finland national office coordinating the growing development cooperation program focused on youth, peace and livelihoods. The program is implemented in East and West Africa and Middle East with local YMCA partners.

With expanding international program, new projects and a growing team, my responsibilities now include coordination and development of project management practices, e.g. design, monitoring and evaluation. I also coordinate our partnerships with YMCAs in Lebanon and Kenya and with African Alliance, all focusing on youth livelihoods and peacebuilding.

I continue to coordinate the joint development cooperation project with YMCA Lebanon which aims at mitigating the negative impacts of Syrian crisis through vocational training and psychosocial support. The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland is funding the project. In 2019, a new project with YMCA The Gambia was launched to support young returnees with vocational training and entrepreneurship skills and tools. In addition, my responsibilities are now including YMCA's work around UNSCR 2250 Youth, Peace & Security processes as well as developing a new volunteer network and other international affairs.

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland granted a funding for a three-year project to help Syrian refugees in Lebanon. This joint project of YMCA Finland and YMCA Lebanon develops the livelihood prospects of the youth through vocational training. One of the further aims is to strengthen positive interaction between the refugees and the host community. My job includes coordinating and monitoring the project and reporting to the Ministry. I also take care of the financial administration and communications in collaboration with our national office.

My independent responsibility was to conduct a study concerning the member associations of YMCA Finland. I produced content for the annual report and other communication channels for example with a survey, interviews and general research.

I worked for Lauri Nummenmaa's Human Emotion Systems research group in Aalto University's Department of Neuroscience and Biomedical Engineering. My tasks include for example reviewing research material, data processing and recruiting participants.

Diverse tasks in customer service of Vantaa store, for example: advising customers in purchasing processes, services, financing solutions and products. All kind of problem-solving in different languages for the customers' best.
