During my time in Greip IP Solutions we transformed a SaaS IPR application for professionals, which had long been in a quiet maintenance phase, into a significantly improved next-generation product. Our focus was on genuinely customer-centric system development, balancing the amount of information with user-friendly presentation. We reactivated the development, recreated the processes, established practises, caught the technical debt and reformed our user interfaces. We also regained the trust of existing and new customers, ensuring that their needs and wishes are heard.

I have been one of the Product Owners in the team that develops K-Rauta e-commerce services in Finland, K-Rauta and K-Bygg e-commerce services in Sweden and Byggmakker e-commerce services in Norway. Previously my responsibilities have included B2B ecoms and ecom and digi contracts in this area. Starting from 13.6.2022 I have been responsible for Finnish B2C team. My tasks have included leading the the conceptualization of B2B common development, transforming concepts into technical requirements, guiding the software development teams, coordinating testing, negotiations related to SaaS contracts and creation of service contracts.

I have been managing various projects related to master data, SAP integrations, IT infrastructure, and software development. My role included collecting master data, determining specifications and organizing trainings with local businesses. I have been also responsible for scheduling and monitoring the projects, communication with stakeholders, reporting, post-project monitoring and after care. My other tasks have included software testing, process development and resource allocating. For a 6 months I supervised a team of five persons.

My responsibilities included consulting in issues related to IPR, trade marks, brands, packaging design, innovation, business strategies and business law. As a trade mark and design attorney, my role included management of IPRs in Finland, in the EU and globally, drafting IPR strategies, making trade mark searches, filing trade mark applications, oppositions, appeals, replies and petitions and negotiations related to IPR issues. My area of expertise also included brand development, infringement cases, customs procedures, domain names and procurement. I was also responsible for business process improvement and internal development processes as a member of BPI-team in several projects.Authorization in 2016

I advised OP-Pohjola-Group’s managers, HR personnel and employees to various HR related questions (concerning labor law, collective agreement, HR practices, absences, salary issues, recruitment etc), made operations using SAP HR and updated the intranet and the management guides.
