Adapro merged with Kumura 1.1.2023. Providing value creating consulting, training, and development services in project operations, for both consumers and B2B customers, in both private and public sector.

The Program management office’s role was to support and enable success of the organisation’s largest transformation program so far. The program involved the whole organisation (around 1500 employees) and all of its products and customers. The mission of the program was to transform the operations so that the organisation will more sustainably operate.

The Project Management Office (PMO) was responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the project management methods and model, as well as the centralized process development coordination. PMO was also taking care of the development and support of the organisation’s project operations expertise (t.ex. project and portfolio management) and quality.

Project Engineer’s responsibilities included for example project scheduling, budget planning and controlling, change management and document controlling. I handled simultaneously multiple projects that were in different phases. Safety, sustainability and quality were in high focus in these projects.

I performed parallel the roles of product development (multiple new product and product improvement projects were executed, taking care of legislation requirements, safety and quality) and customer service coordination (consumer, HoReCa, and industrial interfaces).

I performed parallel the roles of product development and customer service coordination. In Customer service I enhanced my communication skills on consumer, HoReCa, and industrial interfaces. In Product development I put my innovation potential to use developing new recipes and improving the old ones, taking care of product quality and safety.

After "Development of protein rich product concept" (Laitilan Proegg Smoothie, winner of the "Product of the year 2015 in Southwest Finland") thesis I continued in product development. My responsibilities included updating the self-monitoring system (quality control) and technical test runs of new investment devices.
