  My practice is concentrated in the areas of business organization, business ownership conflicts, conflict resolution, transition of ownership interests and civil litigation. My background in business, as well as my experience in running a successful law firm, gives me particular insight into the legal and financial needs of the business clients I serve. I advise numerous companies on business and management issues, help map out operational strategies and develop both exit and business continuity strategies. In addition, I frequently speak on business transitions, disputes and controversy topics to various business and civic groups throughout the Washington, DC area.
