I’ve led Training, Engineering, and Customer Service teams, delivering improvements in customer satisfaction and NPS scores. My roles as a Buyer and Business Development Manager involved launching new products and brands in the UK market, driving growth and expanding market share.In addition to my product and market experience, I’ve successfully implemented ERP and CRM systems, streamlining operations and enhancing customer-centricity. This blend of experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of business operations, making me a versatile and adaptable leader.As a Marketing Generalist, I thrive on generating and nurturing relationships, leading projects from concept to execution, and developing effective marketing strategies.
