I graduated from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh with an Associate's degree in Website Design and Interactive Media. During my education at AIP, I acquired valuable skills such as managing my own projects and working with a wide variety of applications and design.Having started out as a Localization Specialist, I maintained quality of client documents through means of working with several programs and processes. I was entrusted with more responsibilities, including technical support and troubleshooting of office work-space computers, and server stability management. I have then escalated my position to Project Management.Since then, I have moved on to focusing my skills on the Information Technology opportunities. Through my current employment as a Solutions and Network Engineer, I have been entrusted with maintaining and monitoring customer networks both in person and through remote assistance. Some of my current responsibilities include:• Managing project teams and deadlines• Producing project plans and timelines• Configuring and connecting devices on a network• Ensuring server stability• Performing error diagnostic and troubleshooting• Working with multiple system platforms such as MAC, Windows, and Linux• Working with several programs including (but not limited to) Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and most forms of coding (XML, HTML, CSS, Actionscript, etc...)• Managing and maintaining company and client structures• Communicating effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction• Managing budget and expenses• Providing end-of-project reports and summaries
