Designer with a passion for new technologies and the intersection of art, tech and business. My drive is to create new experiences that transmit a positive message to the world. Background in digital design, entrepreneurship and traditional art, and worked with various sectors of design from web to animation to arduino, until I decided to make the leap to games.Started my own indie game studio in 2013 and since then have been on a mission to create an amazing and happy team, a sustainable company, and helping develop the brazilian games industry. My experience includes: - Being the team leader and business person in an indie studio, helping make business and product decisions and managing the team and company;- Game production from planning to shipping, including defining budget and deadlines and creating weekly agile planning and sprints;- Developing and shipping games for many platforms: browser, mobile, Steam/Desktop, VR;- Art direction for games and adapting them to the right market and/or audience;- UX/UI design of games and digital products, including VR;- Forming a team by hiring artists and devs and creating a healthy team culture;- Developing games with a lean and iterative mindset, and focusing on community-building.My biggest achievement in 2018 was raising funding for our studio, increasing the size of our team from 6 to 11 and establishing processes to work on different games at the same time.
