The Organization Operations Committee purpose is to see to it that the WiBN functions properly within the structure of the organization.-Lead, coach, and develop directors in their roles as they work with their chairs as they implement processes and programs;-Develop, maintain, and monitor job descriptions and procedures for the organization and train new team members in their designated role;-Assist in the periodic review and/or monitoring the working relationships of the Leadership Team-Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Directors and Chairs through improvements to each business units as well as coordination and communication between the Leadership Team;-Serve as primary liaison to the Directors in addressing needs, strategies, challenges, and progress of the business units to the advisory board;

This is to create a model-like house out of the existing home by observing the property and discussing with homeowner what can be done with their property to make it a more marketable product. This includes rearranging spaces and appropriately accessorizing them. A Stager assists the Realtor and educates the Homeowner.
