Current- IT support ticketing experience providing onsite and remote hardware/software/network support to medical facilities such as laboratories, physician offices, customer and patient service centers.
- Project planning and management experience for LIS implementations and technology-based solutions.
- User account administration through Microsoft Active Directory and O365 as well as VPN deployments.
- Database analytics and troubleshooting using SQL Server.
- IT inventory resource management and logistical coordination.
