Gary Miller has been a civil trial attorney since being admitted to the bar in 1983. He holds a B.S., with distinction, from the United States Naval Academy and obtained his law degree, with honors, from the University of Florida. Gary has tried property damage, personal injury and many other insurance related cases throughout Florida. He enjoys public speaking on law related topics and has often addressed the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (FAPIA) on a number of property insurance related topics. He is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to the Middle and Southern District Courts. He was selected as a Florida Super Lawyer for 2016 and is a member of Distinguished Justice Advocates and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. In addition to assisting countless individual Florida consumers regarding property damage, personal injury and other insurance related claims, Gary has represented a wide range of clients during his career ranging from Fortune 500 companies to Major League Baseball teams and award winning athletes. Gary is an avid outdoorsman, sports enthusiast and masters track athlete, having won the Florida state 400m, 800m and 1500m age group titles on multiple occasions. He also finished in the top eight at 800m and 1500m at the 2013 National Senior Games.
