CurrentIn my current role as Content Manager at Syneos Health, Inc., I leverage my extensive knowledge in therapeutic and disease areas to collaborate with subject matter experts. I am responsible for crafting and disseminating thought leadership materials, such as white papers, articles, podcasts, webinar content, paid media, and blog posts. My content spotlights the latest advancements in clinical trial and drug development research, with a special focus on areas including the central nervous system, oncology/immunology, regulatory frameworks, machine learning/AI technologies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).A significant part of my role involves translating complex research outcomes into engaging and informative abstracts, posters, and presentation content to support a variety of Conferences, Meetings & Events, effectively communicating scientific data to a diverse audience.Furthermore, I author training materials for the BAM Academy Learning Community, aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the sales enablement teams. These resources are instrumental in facilitating the proficient sale of Syneos Health's services and expertise.One of my key contributions is developing messaging tracks that foreground the patient voice. This initiative ensures that considerations of diversity, equity, and inclusion are integral to the early-phase development of clinical trials, reinforcing Syneos Health's commitment to patient-centricity and innovation in healthcare.
