The Head of Delivery is accountable for the superior quality delivery of TalenTek value propositions into our client environments. This extends beyond our initial deployment to our continuous value realisation process, including client empowerment, education, enablement, and support.The job oversees various roles including project management, implementation consulting, learning consulting and engagement as well as various outsourced services being deployed day to day and within our client environments. It is the responsibility of the Head of Delivery & Implementation to ensure that the team is capacitated and coached to deliver the desired level of quality to the client, staying aligned to the objectives of the solution and the value and impact promise made through our engagements. Strategic alignment to company goals and implementation responses to such, are also a keyelement of this role.
