I met her when I attended a joint meeting of area SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Chapters at UW-Whitewater. Chelsea was President of the Student Chapter there. She is fun, friendly and full of energy - one of those people you know enjoys life to the fullest.
She was a gracious host as she introduced me to others at the meeting, and made being an SHRM student member sound exciting as she explained its mission. When I mentioned that I had not seen the university’s new business building – Hyland Hall – Chelsea didn't hesitate to offer to walk over and take me through it after the meeting (she'd make a terrific tour guide).
As we talked, it became even more apparent how proud she was of her school, her field of study, her friends (and her family when I asked her how she got interested in HR). I think this young woman will be successful at whatever she tackles, and those who get to know her will be better for it. THANKS for the tour, Chelsea!

Job Center" and "I have known Chelsea for over two years and I can't say anything but the best of her. This year she was elected to be President for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for this coming year. She always has great ideas for the organization. She takes those ideas and strives to make them happen. She is very easy to approach and makes everyone fell welcome in the organization. Chelsea is a very outgoing person and will go up to anybody and start talking to them. When working in a group, she always goes above and beyond what is expected of her and always pulls her weight. Chelsea is a great asset to SHRM and will be and asset to any employer that is lucky enough to have her as an employee."
