Significant board experience as an advisor, operator and non-executive director of a publicly traded company (Cable One), late stage private company (Neiman Marcus Group), and venture-backed start-up companies (Chairish, Reflect). Most recently, Kris served as Chief Strategy Officer of eBay, leading the transformation strategy for the $80B+ GMV global e-commerce marketplace. Prior to joining eBay, Kris was a Partner and Director at Bain & Company where she was a trusted advisor to CxO-level clients and Boards. Her work focused in retail and consumer products sectors and covered a wide range of issues, including strategy, operations, organization, M&A and restructuring.
