Account Manager for Major Accounts and National Sales plus two years on a special project to create and implement software for sales force automation. Working in the corporate environment through two mergers was an amazing experience. (It was NYNEX when I started then Bell Atlantic then Verizon.) I had clients in almost every industry and always took note of their work environments. Some were inspiring and energizing, some were simple and organized, and some were rather neglected. This has translated to a deeper understanding of the needs of executives and employees in what I do now ... designing offices that work as hard for them as they work in them.
