"Innovation is driven by seeing things as they could be, rather than accepting them as they are."I have extensive experience helping customers across a range of industries achieve their digital commerce goals, as well as guiding them in the proper implementation and use of the Salesforce Platform as a whole. In my career I've been fortunate to operate within a range of environments; from being involved in a local startup ecosystem, to having the opportunity to lead global implementation teams and work with some of the worlds most recognizable companies. I currently live in Denver where I enjoy camping, hiking, golfing, snowboarding, and taking in the local music scene.

My responsibilities as a BA aside, I also managed the CloudCraze Customer Training program run by the CloudCraze Professional services team. In this capacity, I:• Led an internal team of functional and technical colleagues to re-write the training bootcamp program offered by CloudCraze. This included re-thinking the flow and structure of the materials, re-writing each of the exercises to better explain their concepts, and creating a training environment to closely mirror what participants would see when they first installed CloudCraze in their Salesforce instance. • Taught classes internationally, to participants on 3 continents. • Personally trained over 250 partners and customers on the functional aspects of the CloudCraze Platform.

Joining this new team there was no process for selling the product in the beginning, just a phone, a few taglines, and a messy Salesforce org with a few thousand unverified accounts. While in this role, I:• Led the SDR team in the number of opportunities found in the first year that actually turned into deals. • Worked with the Sales Management team to develop a process of outreach involving a cadence of touchpoints via email and cold call. • Worked with the IT team to develop a conversion and management process in Salesforce to funnel leads through different stages.
