Millet is an Consulting Senior Manager in SGV & Co., a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited. She joined the firm in October 2013 as an Assurance Associate and got promoted to Senior Associate after a year and a half. She gained three years of experience in assurance specializing in audits of low-cost airline, life and non-life insurance. She also has reasonable audit exposure to industries such as manufacturing, consumer and agricultural products, mutual benefit associations, micro-finance institution, property management, foundations and other not-for-profit organizations. After Assurance, she joined Advisory to gain exposure in business process consulting. She demonstrated ability to assess and address client needs specifically in the field of performance improvement and change management. She has helped implement projects and improve work performance in various Asia and EMEA projects. She served as a business consultant in the field of Purchase to Pay and Banking (P2P-B) for a multinational consumer goods company and a consultant on accounting strategies in relation to SAP platform. Projects that she was involved includes merger, acquisition, business model change, GST implementation and service projects.She received a "Game Changer" award for her contributions in the project that significantly reduced effort needed to execute the merger project. She was promoted to manager in after serving two years in Advisory.
