▪ Planning and organizing events to raise awareness on environmental and social issues and coordinating the participation of members towards responding to various identified local issues ▪ Marketing the organization to students and student associations and other relevant bodies in a bid to increase membership ▪ Designing projects and activities within the context of the aims and objectives of the organization ▪ Facilitating information exchange between the local chapter and the various international chapters ▪ Coordinating partnerships and collaborative initiatives with like-minded student associations towards achieving a common objective of mainstreaming sustainability within campuses and community at large. ▪ In charge of resource mobilization, reaching out to potential sponsors and sharing various project concepts and raising funds and in-kind resources to facilitate the actualization of the projects

▪ Handling clients’ inquiries and doing quotations in line with the company’s policies ▪ Preparing and updating the company’s product and service tariffs targeted to various market segments ▪ Service reservation with hotels, lodges, airlines and other suppliers ▪ Visiting hotels and other accommodation facilities, inspecting the properties and gauging their suitability to host and cater for the needs of the company’s various clientele. ▪ Meeting and assisting clients especially at the airports, and with hotel procedures such as check in and check out. ▪ Safari orientation and briefing clients in line with the company’s laid down guidelines ▪ Opening and closing tour files once confirmed and ensuring all services are booked and confirmed ▪ Responding to clients’ distress calls and assisting clients on safari ▪ Preparing payment schedules, observing payment deadlines and requesting for payments in time ▪ Carrying out quality controls on company’s and subcontracted equipment and guides as per the company’s policies ▪ Sourcing and negotiating for competitive contract rates with suppliers ▪ Researching and developing new products, including going on familiarization trips, writing reports and participating in product development or improving the existing products on a continuous basis
