• Designed, developed and executed RACI charts, business process flows, communication and change management plans for projects valued between $5M and $100M enforcing Mace international guidelines.• Managed the day-to-day engagements of a $5M project within a global PMO, the project was across two floors (30,000sqft) of a multi-tenanted building working with eight stakeholder companies and managing project meetings of +20 team members resulting in effective structure accountability and effective delivery on client requirements. Additionally presenting weekly updates to client and Mace senior leadership on project development.• Developing, implementing and managing documentation control processes and workflows for project completion enabling the handover of a multi-phased campus development of $100M.• Provided workplace change management for projects valued between $5M and $100M including space planning for a multiple story development for a pharmaceutical client, moves for a set of complex phased projects for a technological client, and moves for a banking services client within a high rise in the Financial District.

Europe

• Aligning client expectations with the delivery of a European account to improve client satisfaction through meetings, ensuring KPI’s and SLA’s were fit for purpose and the pharmaceutical SOPs were accurate and up-to-date.• Implemented new management processes within multiple European accounts to able time and financial efficiencies through supply chain management consistency.• Streamlined reporting process for mechanical and electrical supply chain for a pharmaceutical client, reducing a four hour process to a one hour process and providing more valuable reporting to the client.• Driving consistency of financial processes by auditing the contract deliverables of the separate work-streams resulting in financial savings through multiple contract variations.• Provided training and introduction of Mace finance and operational systems and role requirements individually to 30 new team members across Europe both virtually and face-to-face, and then provided follow up support to multiple teams across multiple accounts.

• Managed end-to-end process for snags and defects across five buildings of a high profile project in Central London. Managed communication between client, +20 contractors, residents, construction teams and the estate management team during the multi-phased handover of 255 luxury apartments.• On boarded, trained, and managed an assistant and two operatives into their roles to assist within the major London project mentioned above.• Created, implemented an managed processes for two new roles to the company to enable expansion of the service offering within soft landings and performance transformation.• Audited and reported the European portfolio of 23 sites in seven countries to enable efficiencies through a facilities management outsourcing solution which resulted in Mace winning the contract created from the report and taking the portfolio from an in-house model.• Created a spend tracking tool which translated the supply chain deliverables with the finance team systems resulting in efficiencies for quick and accurate reporting. This was then adopted across another European client portfolio.• Audited the inherited supply chain contracts during the mobilisation of the UK Citrix account consolidating services and providing efficiencies.stakeholders.Outside this project my roles include promotion and coordination of team innovations to present to company for implementation across the business unit, and team communications and social interactions such as volunteer days.

Originally I was employed to do telesales without any telesales experience for Natural Welsh Water, NWW was beginning to start a franchise called Water Cooler World. A different telesales team was employed for this, however I proved to be more use in the larger team. I was selling both water cooler trials and contracts for the franchisees from lists provided, we had weekly targets. The team size differed often as the labour turnover was quite high, so I often had to help train new telesales staff.

Here I was employed part time originally to work over the Christmas period, but also worked at the weekends while working in the telesales job which I did during the week.Here I had to be able to book parties in, host parties for children, look after Christmas parties. I also worked on the bar on certain shifts, sometimes when they needed me I would work in the evenings after my telesales job.Generally the bowling alley was busy so I had to have good people skills.

I applied to do two week's work experience over the summer, after these two weeks in which I did data input they let me start answering the phone and then employed me to cover people on holiday. Then there was a problem with the Venue Manager which caused them to leave, so I temporarily took over this role to help the business function. Here I was left on my own often so I had to use my initiative a lot to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
