Having recently completed my university studies, I have a wide understanding of both modern and traditional medias. Reflecting on my education journey I have increased many of my skills. Firstly, to work amongst a team - being able to present my ideas clearly and effectively, whilst also taking into consideration others contributions and working in a way to produce the best possible result. My time-management skills have improved. Realising the importance of meeting deadlines and also setting personal goals in order to maintain determination and drive. Lastly, as a 'COVID graduate', my ability to adapt to change quickly means I can learn and work in any fast paced environment.Having spent the last 4 years working part-time in customer service, I recently developed and honed in on the skills I have learnt during my time at Glyndebourne Opera House when moving from Front of House to become a full-time Customer Service Assistant in their Box Office. This role has enabled me to continue progressing my competence in many areas including problem solving, using my initiative, committing to a target driven environment and providing a premium standard of overall customer service.
