Responsible to provide specialized real estate valuation products and services to our clients. Our services are nationwide and valuations products include AVMs, AVEs, CMAs, Full BPOs, Property Inspections, Desk Reviews, Rental Analysis, Appraiser Reconciled BPOs and Full Appraisals. Responsible to maintain critical client relationships for the fulfillment platform. Manage a staff of over 35 people in multiple locations nationwide. Accomplishments  Directly responsible for the accurate and timely completion of over 20-30 thousand valuations per month.  Direct management of the nationwide vendors including verbal and written communication, scoring feedback and overall relationship management.  Client Relations with all external clients including product development, fees, reporting and customer satisfaction.  Operational Management of Enhancement and Development of the Valuation tracking system utilized by clients, internal staff and field agents in the preparation of each Valuation Product.  Assisted in increased profitability by 20% through innovative agent recruiting, pricing programs and cost cutting initiatives.  Directly responsible for the creation, maintenance and facilitation of all reporting both internal and external.
