With over eight years of experience in the education sector, I am a passionate and skilled DEI consultant who strives to create inclusive and equitable learning environments for students and educators. I have a Masters in Education from Relay Graduate School of Education, and I am fluent in Spanish. I currently work as a DEI consultant at Nonprofit HR, where I help nonprofit organizations develop and implement effective diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and practices.Prior to joining Nonprofit HR, I was the Director of Residency Experience at City Teaching Alliance, a nonprofit that prepares and supports teachers for urban schools.
