I have over 30 years experience in the Real Estate field. I worked for Title Companies then became a Paralegal for attorneys for about 16 years. I worked on everything but my favorite thing was doing all aspects in Real Estate. I left that life in NJ and moved to PR to run a restaurant/pub for about 3 years. I sold that business and moved to Orlando to start a new adventures with my children who were in grade, middle and high school. I got my Real Estate license in 2004 because I felt that the flexibility would be great for my family being a single mom. Boy was I was so wrong. I work all the time but I absolutely love it and try to balance that life with that of my children who are all well rounded adults. As everyone knows, the market changes and it has becomes more challenging but I realized that with with my background and always worked hard all my life, I am up to any challenge. During the housing crises I held strong and worked on many Short Sales and managed to save families from losing their homes from foreclosures and by way of loan modifications. I become somewhat as an expert. Working as a Realtor has been the greatest. I have had the satisfaction of working with many families and helping them achieve their hopes and dreams of owning a home for their future investments and families. I am very fortunate that my clients have become my friends and adopted families. I thank every one of them for trusting me with their transactions and love that they continue to trust me with their friends and loved ones. I know that the words "I love referrals" is a cliché but my client's referrals keeps me busy all year round every year.
