Responsibilities Included: Management of B2B email marketing campaigns, managing the DMC system (Teradata), working closely with business development teams to ensure mutual goals were achieved, B2C sales events, B2B trade events, re-branding B2C websites and resources, development of POS and collateral, development of B2B sales campaigns, managing interns’ workload, supporting interns on a pastoral level, working with website CMS systems (CWT) and basic HTML, affiliate marketing schemes.

Responsibilities Included: Email marketing campaigns (100k+) to both B2B and B2C facing databases, UK company website and Trade Resource website management, organisation of Loyalty Scheme in UK, European Data Management, Brochure Development and Distribution.

- Responsible for Cashing up tills at the beginning and end of each shift.- Serving customers on mainline tills and the welcome desk.- Processing food and glass orders.- Click and collect order collections.- Developing a knowledge of a wide range of products.- Displaying products and participating in promotions.- This developed my skills in dealing with a wide variety of customers, problem solving and working in a pressured and busy environment.

- Planned and Prepared meals on a daily basis.- General cleaning.- Collecting prescriptions.- Bathing and Hair washing.- Going to the bank and posting letters.- This job helped me develop my organisational skills, it was essential I was organised as the lady Icared for was dependant on me. I also had to deal with difficult situations I feel this helped mebecome more empathetic and a more rounded person.
