From conception to launch, I coordinated the creation, development and planning of ONDA, an Italian-inspired restaurant. My responsibilities included coordinating the creation of the brand name and logo, designing the website and building the buzz through a digital/social/PR campaign. Since launch, demand has been strong, we received praise from globally renowned chefs including Gordon Ramsey and we continue to attract the attention of Cornish influencers and prominent local businesses. Bringing the ONDA brand to life has been my proudest career achievement to date.

Responsible for creating and delivering a seasonal calendar of events to time and budget, launching product and email marketing campaigns and creating captivating digital content, all with the goal of increasing business revenue. I collaborate and build relationships with brand representatives across all drinks categories to tailor our beverage offers and curate seasonal-inspired events. A key achievement was leading a team of 30+ colleagues to deliver our end of season festival attended by 800 customers and delivering 2.5x the revenue versus the previous year.

Responsible for assisting the Company Director in the launch of a new concept cafe restaurant. From brand identity creation to targeted marketing campaigns I used consumer insights to push boundaries and drive growth. A key achievement was working with local businesses to create a “retail space” within the cafe to support local businesses.

Responsible for recruiting new donors on behalf of the RNLI, the nation's oldest charity. Throughout the 2021 campaign, I liaised confidently with the general public and developed my own sales tactics to achieve my targets. A key personal achievement was the recruitment of 108 new donors equal to £34k in lifetime value for the charity, the highest sum raised by a team member in a low-season month.

Responsible for the general management of a thriving retail store in the heart of Newquay Cornwall. Forced to pivot during covid, I moved to Cornwall to take this role. Managing a small team of assistants and working alongside the company owner we achieved the highest-grossing revenue season in the store’s 5 year history.
